Zélie Roche

Specialized in the cultural sector for over 8 years in France and internationally, Zélie has worked in various renowned institutions such as the Muse d'Orsay, the Ministry of Culture, and the Centre Pompidou, primarily in institutional affairs and events management roles. Passionate about heritage preservation and cultural promotion, she joined France Muséums, an international museum consultancy, in 2018.

While based at Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zélie oversaw institutional affairs, communication, and sustainable development at France Muséums. She led the organization's sustainability journey in 2020, implementing strategies to reduce environmental impact and enhance social engagement with art.
Supported by a multidisciplinary team and thanks to the collaboration of external stakeholders, this ongoing journey has led to many initiatives. Sustainability has since become a core focus in all of France Muséums' endeavors.

In 2023, she actively contributed to the sustainability assessment for Louvre Abu Dhabi and a set of recommendations, including a 2050 strategy integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations. She also participated in conferences advocating for collaborative efforts within the cultural sector to fight climate change such as COP28, Sustainability in Museums at Louvre Abu Dhabi, and MENA Creative Bootcamp organised by Google.
