A global cross mentorship program for 30 emerging leaders (mentees) and 30 experts (mentors) in the arts sector.
Introducing the 30 UNDER 30 Mentoring Program by Communicating the Arts (CTA) and G&A, a dynamic initiative that transcends genders, nationalities, generations, and expertise. We unite organizations across visual arts, performing arts, and heritage sectors to nurture the next wave of cultural pioneers.
This unique program is tailored for young professionals under 30, emphasizing skill development and expansive networking. Pairing emerging talents from diverse backgrounds with seasoned cultural leaders, it offers a six-month immersive journey into navigating a career in the arts. Join us as we sculpt the future of the arts sector, empowering young visionaries worldwide.
The program includes:
6 one-on-one sessions between mentees and mentors.
3 masterclasses led by experts which will explore leadership, innovative thinking and soft skills like making a pitch, negotiation, etc.
Access to online networking events exclusive to mentees.
Group discussions with industry leaders.

30 UNDER 30 Project Manager
Tirtha Giri, based in Mumbai, India, is a dynamic cultural entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in international arts management and professional Indian classical dance. With over 20 years in the performing arts and 13 years in leadership and teaching roles, she leads as the Project Manager for the 30 UNDER 30 program 2024.

Mentees must be under 30 years old and hold a position below GM level. They must have a clear goal to work on with a mentor and have a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Additionally, they should be willing to invest the necessary time to ensure the program's success.

Fundamental to the success of a mentoring relationship is the appropriateness of the match between mentors and mentees. Our application form is designed to assess your objectives for the program and gather the information required for the matching process. Providing as much relevant information as you can will help us match you with the most suitable mentor or mentee.
