Pascal Keiser is a Belgian commissioner and curator born in 1967. He was curator of the Belgian pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo in 2010 (PR Chine - 5 millions visitors), artistic director of the theme of Mons 2015 European Capital of Culture (Belgium), curated and designed the Digital Museum of Micro Folies of La Villette with 10 National French Museums (France) in deployment in France and in the world (300 units to date), and is Commissioner General of Bourges 2028 European Capital of Culture since December 2021
