Juliana Vellozo Almeida Vosnika is a Brazilian economist. She chaired the MON between 2015 and 2018 and is in her second term as CEO since 2019. She specializes in Strategic Management of Tourism Companies, has a MBA in Business Administration and is involved in various programs based on creative economy.

Throughout her career, she has worked as President of Paraná Turismo, Government Tourism Agency of the State of Paraná, as well as President of the Municipal Board of Tourism in Curitiba and as Executive Director of the Curitiba Convention & Visitors Bureau. In 2006 she served as the Executive Director of UNILIVRE, the Free University of the Environment in Curitiba, and as Executive Director of CIFAL Curitiba, the International Training Center for Authorities and Leaders, for the United Nations Institute for Training and Research – UNITAR and also has been co-creator of the Paraná Design Center and part of the board.
